The clown duo Secret (Amira Khalifa) and TikTak (Nora Raikamo) want to blow everyone’s mind in the world of musical theatre. With their unfulfilled dreams from youth — and all the leading musical roles they never got to play — they decide to create the perfect musical together with clown-musician Delta Airwaves (Jussu Pöyhönen), for whom composing a musical is a lifelong dream. Premiere at Kanneltalo on 5 February 2026.

As the clowns reach for the heights of the theatre world, they inevitably slip toward the limits of their own earthly bodies. How do you aim for perfection when the legs no longer stretch into a split, nor rise anywhere near ear height? The clowns must face the harsh fact that the body grows weaker and life does not last forever. Is this finally the turning point after which everything begins to descend—towards letting go, towards death, towards the halls of the underworld?

On their journey toward perfection, the trio searches for guidance from the Sumerian myth of Inanna, the goddess of love and war, descending into the underworld. Their only option is to sing their inner truths loud and clear, and to dance until the limits of their bodies are fully visible. After all, they have nothing left to lose except their humour.

The Perfect Musical – a Journey to the Underworld is a brand-new Finnish premiere. Secret and TikTak already won over audiences in their previous show, Mieletön, which sought enlightenment.
